Orgena Rose in an award winning, international, powerhouse vocalist, composer, arranger, director, producer, playright, best selling author, TV presenter and social entrepreneur who has appeared on Broadway, Carnegie Hall, Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage, Royal Opera House, Oprah, Bristol Old Vic, Bristol Beacon, St George’s Bristol, Today, Conan, Tedx, PBS and the BBC.
She has opened stages ahead of artists such as Elton John, Blondie, Taylor Dane, Jennifer Holliday, RuPaul and has sung with artists such as Patti Labelle, Lea Michelle and Audra McDonald. She has led and been soloist for the Windrush Reggae Choir, Sing Out Bristol, One Voice and The Jubilee Singers.
She has worked with top companies such as Disney, Universal, and Sony and has original music in movies, TV commercials and businesses. She has worked with visionaries such as Les Brown, Lisa Nichols, Wayne Dyer and has taken over 25 years of experience and expertise in entertainment, media, and broadcasting, while making a difference in their communities.
Orgena is a renowned vocal coach and has over 25 years as an educator in the arts at colleges, universities and organisations internationally. She’s been the Vocal Director for Disney and numerous choirs and shares her Rose Voice Method in Rapid Voice Transformation workshops that has empowered thousands of voices around the world to sing their soul song on The Voice, American Idol, Broadway, and in their local choirs.
She has inspired hundreds of thousands of people with her Keynote Concerts, Singing For Wellbeing Singshops, and Rose Voice Method Orgena has a powerful and transformational energy and she’s hosted and produced TV shows where her original music is featured and specialises in creating anthems for movements, nonprofits and socially conscious organisations.
As well as being the founder of the One Love Choir in Bristol she is also the founder of Singing For Wellbeing which was created to improve your wellbeing through singing. Although she has sung on these amazing international stages, she couldn’t sing by her choir teacher when she was a child. She set out to prove her wrong, and did, but along the way discovered powerful tools that helped her and her students and choirs that she has led to have amazing health and life transformations through singing using her technique. Since then she has been on a mission to share those tools and techniques around the world.
To give back, a portion of all proceeds goes to help women, teens and children who have been abused, neglected or homeless to receive their basic needs of food, clothing and shelter through WILU, the fund named for her godparents, Willard and Lucile who helped raise her after she was adopted.
